A new mixed-use destination located between Manchester and Salford city centres comprising 2,000 new homes as well as nearly 1 million sq ft of commercial development.
Phase 1 is now complete and delivered 571 apartments with associated public realm. Phase 2 started on site in late 2018 and comprises four separate buildings providing 546 apartments with private podium gardens together with ground level parking and landscaped gardens adjoining the park space next to the canal.
A UK PRS venture backed by Delancey Oxford Residential (DOOR), APG and Qatari Diar acquired nearly 800 of the units in late 2018 to launch their Get Living brand in the North West.
