One The Square
One The Square forms part of CB1 – a new city quarter delivered by Brookgate located next to Cambridge railway station.
The project involved the construction of a new office building to Shell & Core and Cat A. Designed by Perkins & Will, the building provides office accommodation from ground to fifth floor (129,300 sq ft) with a single storey basement providing car and cycle parking. Part of the building also includes shell only with shop fronts for 13,400 sq ft of retail/café space.
The project also included the delivery of Phase 1 of new Station Square and Station Road Public Open Space.
