The review of a major property developer’s portfolio to meet its Net Zero targets. Works are proposed to 23 buildings totalling over 6,000,000 sq ft.
The works include upgrading and replacing the main plant to accommodate an All-Electric energy strategy as well as developing a strategy to undertake the works in a live building with existing tenants.
