Red Lion Court is a new sustainable, best-in-class office building on the Thames Path in Southwark incorporating innovative energy technologies and structural solutions.
The scheme has been designed to be net zero in both construction and operation. The building will be fully electric and is targeting WELL Core ‘Platinum’ and BREEAM ‘Outstanding’.
Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, the building will provide 230,000 sq ft of grade A office space, with every floor having access to outside space, alongside retail, a new pocket park and public garden.
