The latest lease expansion by Regeneron Pharmaceuticals Inc. will bring its overall presence at The Landmark at Eastview campus to more than 1.1 million sq ft.
The company will expand into 78,000 sq ft of space at 767 Old Saw Mill River Road and into 38,2000 sq ft at 777 Old Saw Mill River Road.
The project comprises the renovation of approximately 78,000 RSF of shell space to be configured into open workstations, private offices, conference rooms, mail rooms, pantries, admin support areas and restrooms, together with a 5,000 RSF DNA Learning Center Lab.
In addition to the interior works, Regeneron will restore and/or upgrade the existing building curtain wall and façade.
