The 100,000 sq ft renovation of the Rosewood Hotel in Dallas included newly refurbished guestrooms and suites together with an inviting lobby. The works were completed to coincide with the hotel's 40th anniversary.
Originally built in 1925 as a private estate, the 142-room hotel boasts original architecture influenced by 16th century Renaissance Italy and the restored features include marble floors, hand-carved fireplaces and stained glass windows. The new spaces also include a specially curated art collection, including 50 custom-created works.
The new guestrooms, suites and lobby mark the latest of the mansion's recent developments following the new pool and event lawn in 2018.
