Following widespread destruction of the predecessor school by fire, Coventry City Council employed G&T to act as project manager to firstly gain approval for the establishment of the Academy and associated capital budget.
The team then managed the procurement and development phase using the funding agency's own national framework.
The finished building has not only contributed to the education offer within its locale, but also its physical regeneration.
