The project comprised the construction of a 30,000m² Cat A office adjacent to Holborn Viaduct. Notably the building design re-uses existing foundations, the external envelope is primarily glass, however a stone "gatehouse" elevation has been constructed to maintain symmetry with the other corners of the viaduct.
