St Giles Circus
The St Giles Circus redevelopment is a truly mixed-use scheme with office, retail, restaurant, members' club, residential, hotel, 2,000 and 750 capacity music and entertainment venues, together with an immersive media space containing screens that are three times the size of those at Piccadilly.
The scheme is exceptionally complex and comprises a four-storey basement which bridges the Crossrail line and interacts with the Northern Line infrastructure, as well as new buildings and refurbishment and re-building of existing Grade I and Grade II Listed structures with a retained façade on St Giles High Street.
The public realm will be developed to take account of Tottenham Court Road tube station and the additional capacity Crossrail brings.
