10 Trinity Square
This landmark building boasts an impressive history ranging from the original central rotunda dome emulating St Paul’s Cathedral to hosting the first ever meeting of the General Assembly of the United Nations.
G&T was appointed to provide Project and Cost Management services to deliver the conversion of the Grade II Listed former Port of London Authority property at 10 Trinity Square.
The works involved the extension, restoration and refurbishment of the building to create a luxury mixed-use development and destination. Working with signature designers from around the world, including Bruno Moinard, Martin Kemp, AB Concepts and Jospeh Caspari, the scheme comprises 41 prime residential apartments and a 100 key Four Seasons operated hotel supported by a deluxe spa and exclusive private members’ club featuring the Chateau Latour Discovery Room and Dining Room.
The hotel also boasts two destination restaurants, La Dame de Pic (run by Anne-Sophie Pic, the only female French chef to be awarded three Michelin stars and her first restaurant in the UK) and Mei Ume (a contemporary Chinese/Japanese fusion).
