The project involved the demolition of the existing Normandie Hotel and excavation of six levels of basement in one of the busiest junctions in London, to construct and create 85 luxury rooms and apartments.
Amenities include a bar, fine dining restaurant, a large ballroom, a private cinema and a 2,000m² spa and fitness centre with a 25m indoor pool.
