The Newlyn Building

Located within the Little Woodhouse conservation area, this new multi-storey teaching facility shared by Leeds University Business School and The School of Law provides technology-rich flexible teaching spaces and lecture theatres.
Designed by DLA Architecture, the new building provides four flat-floor teaching rooms with a capacity of 100 people together with four smaller spaces. The modular construction development has achieved the SKA Silver Sustainability Award.
This is Phase Two of the multi-million pound project to develop the new Leeds University Business School and School of Law buildings. G&T is currently providing Project Management services for Phase 3 - The Esther Simpson Building.
