This redevelopment of a B-Listed former Victorian primary school and its grounds will transform the site into a mixed-use cultural hub for business, arts, heritage, social enterprise and community wellbeing.
The scheme includes redevelopment of the main building to bring it back into active use, as well as the transformation of the former temporary classroom huts and playground.
The project is being led by the Oban Communities Trust, which has secured the majority of the required funding for the project through grants from the Big Lottery Community Assets programme, Regional Capital Grant Funding and Historic Environment Scotland.
