The Wing
New co-working and community space for women - the first outside of the US - located in a five-storey townhouse in central London.
The Wing is a network of co-working and club spaces founded in 2016 in New York City. The network of community spaces, dedicated to women, spans six US cities and has a membership of approximately 10,000 women worldwide.
The unique work and community space for women from creative backgrounds offers a mix of meeting room, social, fitness and hospitality spaces to support a culture for networking and socialising.
Drawing on our extensive experience of delivering London real estate projects on behalf of US-based clients such as facebook, Soul Cycle and Convene, we were able to establish local partnerships to ensure that the design was compliant with UK Building Regulations and that MEP systems, finishes, materials and furniture could be procured within The Wing's development budget and delivered within the ambitious construction programme.
