Tottenham Hale Regeneration
This major redevelopment project will see the construction of six new buildings in central Tottenham Hale, supporting Haringey Council’s plans to transform five pieces of land earmarked for change into a new, welcoming ‘district centre’.
The scheme will provide 1,030 new homes (a mix of affordable, market sale and rental), up to 20 retail spaces, co-working and office space and a health centre serving 20,000 people, complete with two football pitches’ worth of public realm.
The proposals were developed by a world-class consultant team including Alison Brooks Architects, AHMM, Pollard Thomas Edwards and RUFFarchitects, with landscaping design by Adams & Sutherland and Grant Associates.
