Transport for London Professional Services Framework
G&T has provided significant capability to TfL since the award of its Professional Services Framework 2 in 2020 providing Project Management, Programme Controls and Independent Assurance services and staff to support TfL's recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic.
We have developed and implemented a consolidated reporting system and process on a major programme of work, provided their PMO with expertise in planning, project controls and risk management and undertaken numerous independent assurance reviews across a range of capital investment works including road, rail and technology.
In 2022 TfL procured a Capital Programme Partner role via the framework and, working with Jacobs, we were appointed to this framework and will continue to support TfL's ambitious capital investment plan over the next two years.
