The Wood Wharf site is undergoing a major redevelopment to create a large, mixed-use development providing over 3,000 residential units, office space, hotel/serviced apartments, leisure space, retail space, public realm and community facilities.
Phase 3 of the project will deliver 1,603 residential apartments (1,308 build to rent and 295 affordable rent) spread across several buildings and will include 30,029 sq ft of retail/leisure accommodation.
The build to rent accommodation will provide gym facilities, a concierge, communal terraces, private dining rooms, communal lounges, co-working and meeting spaces.
