G&T at WICE 2017
G&T attended the Women in Construction and Engineering (WICE) Awards 2017, championing diversity and inclusion within the property and construction industry.
At G&T, we understand the most successful organisations have workforces that are reflective of the general population and communities in which they work. Encouraging and supporting diversity and inclusion is a significant part of G&T's culture, further highlighted through our RICS Inclusive Employer Status and Building for Women programme.
As G&T Partner, Mary Rose Griffiths, was asked to be a judge at the WICE Awards 2017 and also present the award for Best Woman Electrical and Mechanical Engineer on the night.
The awards saw the best and brightest from the industry turn out for an evening of networking and celebration, enjoying a sit down meal and entertainment before the annual awards ceremony began.
