1500 Broadway Wins AIA DC Merit Award
G&T project wins award for Interior Architecture
Working with building owner Tamares Group and architectural firm STUDIOS, G&T managed the renovations at 1500 Broadway transforming the entry experience.
The new entry helps the building stand out among the City’s Theatre District and Times Square. The American Institute of Architects (AIA) Washington, DC, Chapter has selected the project as a recipient of a 2017 Merit Award for Interior Architecture.
G&T provided Cost and Project management on this renovation.
