Ground has broken at 2000 Ocean

Ground has broken at 2000 Ocean, located in the quiet oceanfront City of Hallandale Beach just 13 miles north of the South Beach neon lights in Miami.

Enrique Nortens’ TEN Arquitectos practice has followed up on previous projects such as 321 Ocean, with a 38-storey development comprising 64 fully finished units. The units will be fully finished with marble floors, Minotticucine kitchens and Minotti doors. Each unit has both sunrise ocean views and sunset city views, ranging in size from 2,800 sq ft to a 9,000 sq ft penthouse with rooftop pool.

Drawing on the South Florida scenery, Sasaki landscape architects describes the development using the tagline “An Elevated Landscape” - depicting the raised sculpture gardens, living walls, water features and pools that are key architectural features of the project.

“We are very excited to have started construction at 2000 Ocean. Looking forward to getting stuck into this new development located on the oceanfront.”
