One Crown Place Appoints Main Contractor
AlloyMtd Group has appointed a main contractor to deliver the redevelopment of One Crown Place, a mixed-use scheme on the border of the City of London.
The development comprises an existing period building with two new residential towers creating 246 new apartments. The six-floor podium features 15,500m2 of high quality office space and a variety of retail space at ground level and will be delivered by Mace.

The boutique hotel, destination restaurant and members' club will occupy an elegant row of Georgian terraces on Sun Street.

G&T is providing Cost Management services on the project. Designed by architects, Kohn Pedersen Fox (KPF), the development is expected to complete at the end of 2020.
