EDGE reveals plans for most sustainable office tower in London
EDGE has revealed designs for its new project, EDGE London Bridge. Located on St Thomas Street this new development will turn the circa 255,000 sq ft nia (23,500 sq m) tower featuring 26 floors of commercial office space into London’s most sustainable office tower.
The 255,000 sq ft development will include zoned office space constructed using timber with interconnected floorplates to encourage collaboration across floors and teams. The scheme also includes a new coffee bar on the ground floor, gym and bike parking, as well as the introduction of a new public park in the space next to the building.
"We aim to make EDGE London Bridge the most sustainable office tower in London, offering high quality office space with the highest wellbeing standards. We aim to make a significant and sustainable impact on further development in London, without losing sight of the history and heritage that is part of London’s appeal.”Boudewijn Ruitenburg
