G&T is providing Cost Management, Employer's Agent and Principal Designer & CDM Consultancy services alongside the scheme's architects, EPR Architects, heritage consultant Heritage Architecture, services and structural engineer WSP as well as lighting consultant Studio 29 and Assent as building control.

Plans for the Grade II Listed building, which lies within the Castlefield Conservation Area, include a single-storey glass extension, reconfiguration of the roof-top bar and bedroom upgrades together with an external glass lift shaft.  The ground floor will be fully refurbished with sections of the mezzanine balcony removed to create a double-height space across the ground floor.
