We brought together NextGen members from across the industry for a summer themed party, celebrating the launch of the London Property Alliance (LPA) Diversity and Inclusion Guidebooks.
The evening was a chance to showcase the five guidebooks published by the London Property Alliance and supported by G&T, which provide recommendations on how to make our sector more inclusive.
You can download the guidebooks here.
Touching on the topics of Gender, Race, Sexuality, Disability and Social Mobility they provide real experiences, case studies and advice on how individuals and organisations can influence positive change.
G&T associate director and NextGen advocate Yuebi Yang welcomed guests, with keynote speaker Cllr Sabrina Francis (Cabinet Member for Young People and Culture at the London Borough of Camden) sharing the latest initiatives across the borough that are championing local diverse talent to thrive.
"Whether or not you directly identify with the topics covered, there are clear opportunities for all of us to contribute to creating positive change."Yuebi Yang
