G&T is proud to have secured a place on Network Rail and the Office for Rail and Road’s (ORR) CP7 Independent Reporter Framework (2025-2029), with two optional 12-month extensions. We have been appointed to Lot 2: Programme, Project & Cost Management.
As independent reporters appointed to Lot 2 of the CP7 Framework, we provide expert advice to ORR on Network Rail’s service provision, as set out in its licence. This includes assessing performance in asset management, operational delivery, programme and project management and data quality, as well as reviewing compliance with broader network licence obligations.
With a strong track record in independent assurance and development monitoring across infrastructure and the built environment, we are excited to support ORR and Network Rail in this crucial role over the next four years.
Since 2017, G&T’s infrastructure management division has grown by 440% and now includes 320 dedicated experts. Following a recent restructure, the team is organised into three specialist groups: procurement and supply chain, infrastructure management and cost and commercial management. Our independent assurance clients include HS2, Network Rail, Heathrow Airport and Transport for London.
