Recent excavations at 85 Gracechurch Street—an office building set for demolition and redevelopment—have revealed the remains of London’s first Roman basilica and forum.

The university is converting its former 1950s student union building to provide a digital, entrepreneurial and social engagement hub.

Our client Frimley Health NHS Foundation Trust is developing a state-of-the-art community diagnostic centre, which will improve healthcare access and outcomes for local residents.

The project will redevelop a largely derelict 1980s office building, emphasising sustainability and a mixed-use approach.

The investment programme – known as STEM Connect – is funding the construction of new low-carbon teaching facilities and laboratories on a former car park in the campus just outside Coventry.

G&T is pleased to have been awarded a place on the Nuclear Decommissioning Authority’s Research Portfolio Framework (2024-2026 with two 12 month extension options) for “Enabling Decommissioning, Waste Management and Remediation (ED WM&R)”.

The purpose-built life science facility represents 87,000 sq ft of lab and office space available to tenants from autumn 2025. The project is a significant move from a city that aims to lead in the scientific sector.
