Apprentices

We are extremely proud to have led the Trailblazer group for Apprenticeships in Surveying and welcome individuals to the firm to start on this new and exciting route into the profession.

Our Chartership Programme has now proudly evolved to include the apprenticeship pathway as a route to professional qualification in either cost management or project management. This route offers individuals the opportunity to gain technical on-the-job training whilst gaining an academic qualification and a professional accreditation with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS).

Our apprenticeship programme is open to candidates at a range of academic levels and provides the opportunity to study for a qualification at either Level 3 (A-Level equivalent) or Level 6 (degree equivalent) and work towards a professional accreditation at the same time.

G&T will sponsor you through the necessary academic qualification and will provide you with first class support during your studies and beyond. You will spend 20% of your time at college/university and the remainder of your time in the office, putting the theory into practice.

Our apprenticeship route will also allow you to work towards gaining Associate Membership of the RICS which is a highly regarded professional accreditation and a step towards fully Chartered Membership.

Depending on your chosen level, our apprenticeship pathways take between two and four years to complete. Successful completion of the Level 6 degree apprenticeship will open up the opportunity to continue on our Chartership Programme journey towards gaining your full chartered status.

The advantage of our apprenticeship scheme is that you can earn while you learn making it a practical way to get qualified
