Our Manchester office is involved in major public and private sector developments throughout the region providing project and cost management services.
The office specialises in delivering large city centre mixed use regeneration projects, shopping centres, commercial offices, medium and high rise residential, University capital projects and large complex public sector projects. The Manchester team has a 40 strong workforce and was first established in 1989.
The Manchester team is delivering city centre commercial office schemes at First Street, NOMA and St John's. These follow on from our extensive works on the Spinningfields development in the city centre over recent years. The team is also delivering the Middlewood Locks residential scheme which is providing over 2,000 new apartments.
Further afield we are delivering the new Everton Football Stadium at Bramley Moor Docks in Liverpool.
