Alan Kirk

Alan specialises in the procurement, commercial management and conflict resolution for major infrastructure programmes, in particular, those involving major digital systems and technology.

Alan has worked with clients, contractors and consultancies at all levels. His previous roles include Head of Commercial at TfL with responsibility for Rail Systems Upgrade programmes across all London Underground lines and the DLR.

A Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Fellow of both the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Alan is currently working with Transport for London on the re-procurement of their revenue collection systems and was previously Interim Procurement Director for Rail Systems at High Speed 2.
