Mark Gilluley

Mark has a diverse range of experience gained from working in consultancy and client-side project and development management roles. He has extensive knowledge of the planning and development process and experience of both private and public sector procurement gained from the delivery of several high-profile projects for large investment institutions and government clients.

Further strengths include managing complicated funding arrangements, multiple stakeholders and delivering industry-leading sustainability targets. Mark's experience covers the key industry sectors including large mixed-use developments, office, residential (including BtR and student accommodation), sports stadia, leisure, retail and hospitality.
