1 New Park Square

1 New Park Square is the first office building completed as part of the wider Edinburgh Park redevelopment for Parabola. The Net Zero Carbon office building, designed by award winning architects AHMM, has community and art at its heart.

A café/bakery, gastro bar, padel tennis court, multi-use games area and 150 person flexible conference and collaboration space encourages social connections whilst art and sculptures add further personality to the building.

1 New Park Square is located at the Edinburgh Park Central tram stop and is a 10 minute walk from the Edinburgh Park Train Station, making it a highly accessible and sustainable commute.
