First proposed speculative development at NOMA, the 20 acre mixed-use destination north of Manchester city centre and largest development site in the North West.
The SimpsonHaugh-designed 11-storey, 200,000 sq ft Grade A office building will comprise 19,000 sq ft across nine floors with a 16,450 sq ft top floor featuring a 3,000 sq ft roof terrace.
The ground floor will offer a food and beverage unit while a 32,000 sq ft basement will include 57 car parking and 212 cycle spaces. New public realm will also be created.
A planning application has been submitted with work due to start mid-2020.
