4 Wellington Place

4 Wellington Place is the final building and centre piece of the first half of the Wellington Place development and provides 156,000 sq ft of high quality Grade A city centre office accommodation and retail space.

Triangular in shape, the building features stone and bronze cladding to the exterior with a dual level roof terrace providing views over Tower Square and the rest of Wellington Place. The high quality public realm includes a large granite water feature at the point of the building.

Starting on site as a speculative development, 134,000 sq ft of the building was pre-let to Flutter Group during the construction period for its new Leeds HQ.

Despite the challenges presented by the Coronavirus pandemic, the building was successfully completed in December 2020.
