7&8 Wellington Place comprises 378,000 sq ft of Grade A office space over eight storeys with 182 car parking spaces. Once completed, the building will achieve a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.

The offices have been named as the location of a brand new Government Hub with HMRC taking the space on a 25 year lease which will see 6,000 civil servants working on the state of the art new city centre premises in 2020. NHS Digital will also relocate to Wellington Place.
