Aloft South Beach Hotel

The project comprised the complete gut renovation and partial demolition of an existing hotel, in addition to the construction of a new nine storey building on the site.
The new 235 key lakefront hotel is located on Miami Beach and offers an open air layout with Art Deco inspired architecture. The sophisticated property includes vibrant outdoor spaces, meeting areas and event spaces. The project also included a signature restaurant by famed restaurateur Stephen Starr.
