Beecher's Cheese
The project comprised the interior fit-out of a landmarked building on 20th and Broadway in the Flatiron District into a cafe, wine bar and cheese production facility.
The 8,000 sq ft project spans three floors and the cellar area, which had not been used since 1880, now features a bar, chairs made of cowhide and benches made from original footstones of the building. The $7m project started in April 2010 and opened for business in June 2011.
