BioMed Realty's Tarrytown campus project comprised the core and shell of two buildings totalling 315,000 SF, along with a parking structure of 248,000 SF and upgrades to the campus powerhouse.
The expansion swells the campus to over 1.4 million RSF of research and development facilities and high-tech office space. This premier biotech campus is one of the largest multi-tenant science parks in the State.
The Perkins+Will designed project won an Honor Award at the American Institute of Architects (AIA) Westchester + Hudson Valley Celebration of Architecture event.
