G&T was appointed by Boston Consulting Group (BCG) to deliver its new London Headquarters at 80 Charlotte Street, successfully leading the technical team through the design and construction phases during the global pandemic.
The decision to relocate to Charlotte Street from Manchester Square saw BCG develop a people focused office with a variety of working environments, social space and expansive terraces. The office incorporates a complex feature staircase between two internal atria connecting the working floors, client meeting suite and restaurant which provides a dynamic environment for both employees and visitors.
A detailed design process was undertaken to ensure that the architectural elements complemented the Derwent flagship exterior.
