Bothy & Tùr

A new community building and tower have been created at the heart of Cuningar Loop woodland park, for community groups to meet and work within a forest-themed setting. The new bothy also provides a business and community hub.

The new 288m² ‘Bothy and Tùr’ was built to enhance visitor experiences, providing a permanent base for groups and activities at the park with space for talks, nature and arts events, play and community gathering. The tùr is an accessible viewing point which looks over the woodland and towards the city.

The project was delivered using an NEC4 form of contract.
