G&T was appointed at the very early stages of the project by The Zetter Group, following the success of the Zetter Hotel and Zetter Townhouse projects, and was responsible for procuring the project team, including the contractor, and acted as the technical interface with the landlord and Camden Council.

G&T worked with the client, the design team, the landlord and Camden Council to come up with a scheme that satisfied all parties on cost and quality, with much value engineering along the way to ensure that the project was delivered to an aggressive delivery programme and budget.
