Modernisation works at the Gretna Gateway Outlet Village, now known as Caledonia Park, have enhanced the open-air shopping experience for visitors.
The project was undertaken in two phases including façade works to replace existing glass canopies with new metal sheeted canopies and over-cladding existing frontages with timber cladding.
The existing Rotunda was demolished and new retail units and associated new paving areas were provided in three separate zones. Further public realm improvements including paving and lighting enhancements have provided an attractive and modern streetscape for shoppers.
