G&T was appointed to deliver this new London Headquarters, successfully leading the team through the initial relocation through to the further expansion within the building.
We led the professional team through the technical due diligence, heads of terms and agreement for lease phases of the project, as well as the procurement of the consultant and contractor teams.
The initial project involved the fit-out of 20,000 sq ft across one level which was subsequently expanded to include a further 13,000 sq ft of interconnecting space across a further two floors.
The project involved careful consideration of the existing Grade II* Listed building to ensure sympathetic incorporation of the heritage scheme with the client's vision for its new space to provide a high-quality, collaborative environment for the future.
