The project involved the refurbishment of Core by Clare Smyth’s three Michelin star restaurant in Notting Hill which was completed in an ambitiously fast timeframe of six weeks to coincide with the restaurant’s shutdown.
This fast-paced project involved overseeing stakeholders, collaborating with specialist designers and navigating challenges in procuring custom items.
A standout achievement was the collective effort to realise the design vision and interior elements without comprising the restaurant’s opening date.
