As part of an industry leading Paragon JV, led by Mace and Turner & Townsend, G&T is part of the commercial delivery partner for the DE&S, tasked to provide additional commercial resource and innovation to the DE&S commercial function.
G&T, consultant to the Paragon JV, is bringing best practice commercial skills from the construction industry and applying these across DE&S' circa £14bn per annum spend.
Working in integrated client teams, G&T is supporting the client to deliver their contracts, from highly competitive commodities to bespoke capital programmes across the organisation, supporting the effective working and mission critical activities of the Royal Navy, Army and Royal Air Force.
G&T is optimising the client’s commercial procurement processes and contract management approaches. G&T supports and advises on tender processes, contract drafting, contract management and contract administration, negotiating contracts, cost analysis to demonstrate value for money, identification of savings and identification of risks and opportunities.
