The design, developed by architects tp bennett and based on an original consented scheme by Foster + Partners, comprises a range of floorplate sizes with each benefitting from a spiralling atrium at the centre of the building allowing light to flow throughout. Six landscaped roof terraces, located from 10th to 14th floors, offer striking 360 degree views of the City and beyond.

EightyFen completed in September 2020, with the scheme achieving BREEAM 'Excellent' and Wired Score 'Platinum' ratings.
