Faena House
Designed by Foster + Partners, the 18 storey building includes 45 luxury oceanfront condominiums and incorporates high technology features. Using breakthrough architectural advances, the building also allows for panoramic views of Miami Beach.
As part of the development, we are also working on the Faena Saxony Hotel, a 5* resort that was originally built in 1947 and is being redesigned by Baz Luhrmann and Catherine Martin, and the Faena Arts Center, a 1,000 seat venue that is being designed by Rem Koolhaas.
