Fasken - 100 Liverpool Street

Fasken's new London office space includes a high-end client facing suite with a large focal point boardroom with views into the City. The working areas boast a mix of dual offices and open plan collaborative work spaces, creating a balance of fixed and agile working.

G&T supported the client through the site search and selection process as well as leading the negotiations on the Agreement for Lease. G&T also led the appointment of the design team and facilitated the design process ensuring Fasken’s aspirations were met and budget not exceeded.

G&T also provided base build monitoring services to ensure the base build was delivered in accordance with the specification and Agreement for Lease.
