Fleming Park Leisure Centre
Places Leisure Eastleigh is a new build leisure centre in Eastleigh, Hampshire involving the construction of a new leisure centre with a gross internal area of 9,400m². The project provides for an exemplary, modern design in a parkland setting and achieved a BREEAM 'Excellent' rating.
The building includes a large reception space incorporating a café, crèche, a 25m eight lane swimming pool, 10m by 20m learner pool with movable floor, steam room and sauna, wet and dry changing spaces, four studios, 160 station gym along with weights and group cycling areas, four squash courts and a 15 court sports hall.
Externally the project will provide a refurbished AWP and 5-a-side football pitches, four new tennis courts, eight football pitches and a cricket pitch, together with soft landscaping and car parking.
