A £200M project initiated by a private developer consisting of 518 bed student accommodation in Lincoln undertaken on a two-stage tender process.
The project looked to provide a higher quality product than previously seen in Lincoln, which meant working closely with the developer and his wider design team to ensure the highest quality end product for the available budget.
