A £130m development by Delancey Oxford Residential, APG and Qatari Diar in central Leeds creating a new neighbourhood on a vacant 2.26 hectare site.
The development features 780 homes across eight apartment blocks, ranging from eight to 23 storeys in height and will also include adaptable landscaped pedestrian areas, in excess of 100 car and motorcycle parking spaces and a number of commercial units at ground floor level.
The last phase will be to construct a residents' hub building on the smaller Greenbank site.
